NOTICE: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK


Marshall Public Library is requesting qualifications for a Construction Manager At-Risk in accordance with RSMO §
67.5050.1 for the new Branch Library and Administrative Offices in Marshall, MO. Responses to the RFQ will be
due by 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 7, 2025 at Marshall Public Library, 214 N Lafayette Ave, Marshall, MO 65340.
Names and addresses of all firms submitting Qualifications Statements will be publicly read aloud at a forthcoming
