Chess Club – First and Third Tuesdays at 4:30

Are you a chess master, a total beginner, or somewhere in between? No matter your age or skill level, Chess Club is for you! Join us at the library on the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 4:30–5:30 PM for friendly, fun, and sometimes competitive play.

Never touched a chess piece? No worries—we’ll teach you how the pieces move, where they go, and maybe even a few clever tactics along the way. Know your way around the board? Come test your skills and enjoy a good match!

With 8 chess boards ready to go, there’s plenty of room to play, learn, and have fun. The only requirement is a willingness to try—and enjoy the game.
